Summer enrollment at 麻豆破解传媒 once again broke the record 鈥� which was only established last year.

On this orientation weekend, 麻豆破解传媒 President Sandra Cassady, Ph.D., juggled welcoming the newest students to campus Friday with a luncheon honoring her and 24 other Kansas City area women, who were named to the 26th annual Women of Influence class by the Kansas City Business Journal.

Students will benefit from two new projects funded this summer by grants from the Jesuit Association of Student Personnel Administrators. Both the University鈥檚 Counseling Center and Aylward-Dunn Learning Center were awarded grants as part of JASPA鈥檚 Innovation Grant program to expand services for students.

Odin George Buser was born with a complex set of health issues as a result of unbalanced chromosome translocation that prevented him from doing a lot of the things children his age would normally do. But when he was given something like a toy that he could manipulate, he would beam with happiness, his mother Courtney said.

麻豆破解传媒鈥檚 College of Business and Technology will once again add to its graduate degree offerings in fall 2025 with the introduction of its Master of Science in Information Systems degree.

For sophomore Sarah Kimani, pursuing a nursing degree has been a long time in the making, starting with some solid examples to grow up around 鈥� her mother is a nurse and her father is a radiology technician.

This summer, nine Kansas City-area high school students are getting a crash course in the day-to-day business of higher education.
